ITINERARY
DAY 01: LIMA IN
Arrival in Lima, reception and transfer to the selected Hotel, rest.
We recommend that you perform additional tourist activities.
Overnight in Lima.
DAY 02: CUSCO CITY TOUR – 4 ARCHAEOLOGICAL CENTERS
Breakfast.
At an appropriate time, transfer to the airport to board the flight to Cusco.
Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel.
Accommodation and rest.
13:30 hrs. We will start the City Tour starting the tour visiting the Temple of the Koricancha or Temple of the Sun, following the route toward the Cathedral, visits of some typical colonial Inca streets and continue toward the archaeological park of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucara and Tambomachay.
Return to the hotel.
Overnight in Cusco.
DAY 03: CUSCO | SACRED VALLEY | AGUAS CALIENTES
Breakfast. In the morning we will head up to Pisaq where we will appreciate the archaeological complex as well as we will also visit the typical craft market, we continue with the journey by the margin of the Vilcanota River until arriving to Urubamba, where we will have a delicious lunch buffet.
Then we will visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last living Inca peoples as its streets maintain the same stroke from the time of the incas and tour the wonderful archaeological complex located there, then we are going to lead the people of Aguas Calientes.
Overnight in Aguas Calientes.
DAY 04: AGUAS CALIENTES | MACHUPICCHU | CUSCO
Breakfast.
At an appropriate time, arrival and transfer to the Sanctuary, then we will have a guided tour of Machu Picchu, we will look at the agricultural area, the urban sector, we will enter by the door to the temple of the sun, stone quarries, the botanical garden, The Square of the temples, three windows, the solar clock or Intihuatana, the sacred rock, among others, then we will have a free time to appreciate the majestic place and take pictures, ending the visit we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes.
In due time we will board the train back to Cusco.
Overnight in Cusco.
DAY 05: CUSCO OUT
Breakfast.
Co-ordinated time transfer to Cusco airport to board the flight to Lima.
